Bum Fights

The good weather on Friday persuaded me to go skate. I decided to go to an abandoned warehouse by the train station nicknamed Bumfights. Bumfights has been taken over by skateboarders and bikers and turned into a skate park. After an intense session on the pole jam we explored the roof. Armed with a new SD card I got a few good shots of downtown and the unique homeless habitats that Bumfights has to offer.

Steam Tunnels

Once we found the entrance we bought rope and flashlights.

The lock had been broken by previous explorers

We didn't need the flash lights, the 7 foot tall tunnels already had lights.

Steam pipes stick out of the wall and the tunnel seems to go on for ever

Graffiti reveals that we are not the first explorers. This group calls them selves the lab rats, luckily we didn't see any real rats

Even with spewing steam the tunnels weren't that hot, thanks to a system of ventilation fans.
